Crystal Thomas is an experienced Underwriting Analyst. Driven by the need to protect and grow the A/R financing business portfolio, she takes pride in providing thorough analysis of various companies that are looking for working capital. As an Underwriter, Crystal’s goals include assessing and mitigating risks associated with onboarding companies that are looking to grow. She is invested in helping companies continue towards their dream of owning and operating their own businesses and works to ensure that TCCC nurtures and cultivates lasting business relationships.

Crystal brings over 10 plus years of Underwriting know how and analyses of portfolios that range from Transportation, Staffing, Oil and Gas to Telecommunications.  In addition to her primary job functions, she volunteers teaching English as she is committed to helping both individuals and companies become self-sufficient. She believes that we all have a duty to contribute to our communities, even if it is in a seemingly small way.
